Users must have created a Ford app account, have fully activated the Vehicle’s modem and have SYNC Location set to ‘on’ to use this feature.     7. Driver-assist features are supplemental and do not replace the driver’s attention, judgment and need to control the vehicle. Pre-collision Assist with Autonomous Emergency Braking detects pedestrians, but not in all conditions, and can help avoid or reduce a collision. The Vehicle’s modem will only function on the telecommunications networks it could use at time of manufacture.
